What you'll Experience
The morning healing session is called, "Power Over Your Story."
Power Over Your Story begins with a journaling prompt to help bring to the surface the narrative of your life and your life's story. This will help you recognize and identify the beliefs, perceptions and ideas you have about yourself, your experiences, and what that means about your place in the world. We'll then use a guided meditation to bridge the gap between the subconscious and conscious mind. Using visualization techniques, you'll begin to regain power over your story. This workshop and guided meditation is designed for people who are seeking to heal from generational traumas, limiting beliefs and story lines in their lives that strip them of their power and limit their potential. Begin the journey of reclaiming your purpose and power over your story so you can find hope and experience healing in your life.
